Firstly, according to the karmic law connected with the theory of reincarnation, this person must go inevitably to a lower spiritual and moral level in the next incarnation and, accordingly, be born in worse conditions, even more encouraging to sin. Secondly, how will he take the mistakes of his previous life into consideration, when being born in a new body he will not know anything, as usual, about his previous incarnation and his previous mistakes? What should make him struggle with sin? The idea of Nirvana? It is unlikely.
